Refund Policy
At HB Global Consultants, we are committed to providing exceptional services in digital marketing, IT consulting, and tech talent solutions. We value our clients and strive to ensure satisfaction with our services. Our refund policy has been crafted to be fair, clear, and reasonable, keeping in mind the nature of our services.
1. General Policy
Refunds may be issued if a client is unsatisfied due to a failure to deliver agreed-upon services, unforeseen delays, or discrepancies between services delivered and services promised. Refunds are generally not provided for completed services unless they fall short of the agreed quality, scope, or timeline.
2. Digital Marketing Services
Campaign Performance: Since digital marketing results can vary and are influenced by numerous factors beyond our control, refunds are not provided for unsatisfactory campaign performance unless HB Global Consultants fails to execute the services outlined in the project agreement. Work Cancellation: If a project is canceled after work has commenced, a partial refund may be issued, based on the amount of work completed.
3. IT Consulting Services
Milestone-based Refunds: Refunds will be considered based on project milestones. If a project is terminated mid-way, clients may receive a partial refund based on completed milestones and deliverables. Pre-paid Services: For any prepaid services, refunds will be issued for services not yet rendered, excluding any non-refundable setup fees or administrative costs.
4. Tech Talent Services
Candidate Replacement Guarantee: We offer a replacement guarantee for tech talent placements within a specified period, as outlined in the service contract. Refunds for Talent Placement: Refunds may be issued in cases where a candidate leaves or is terminated within the initial period, provided a replacement is not arranged or the terms of the service contract specify a refund option.
5. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please reach out to us within 30 days of the service completion date, detailing the reason for the refund request. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will aim to provide a response within 10 business days.
6. Non-refundable Fees
Certain fees, such as administrative costs, consultation fees, and setup charges, are non-refundable, as specified in the initial agreement.
